⚡️Work is ongoing to improve the ecological condition of agricultural lands, preserve soil fertility, and reduce the negative impact of polyethylene film residues on the environment.
➡️One of such events is taking place in the Bukhara region . In accordance with the approved work plan of the working group formed by the Ministry, educational and practical activities are being carried out in the regions to study field areas, collect polyethylene film residues in a timely manner and dispose of them in the prescribed manner.
⚡️This year, the "Shinjon" method, i.e., the technology of sowing seeds under polyethylene film, was used on 29.9 thousand hectares of land in the Bukhara region. In this regard, special attention is being paid to the complete collection of film residues in these areas and to preventing their negative impact on soil fertility and the ecological situation.
➡️Members of the working group are providing explanations and practical recommendations to farm representatives on not leaving polyethylene film residues in the fields, collecting and disposing of them in the prescribed manner.
✅These events are attended by responsible leaders and employees of the ministry, scientists from the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemical Research, as well as representatives of relevant organizations and departments in the regions.
